Hotel Indigo opened in Auckland in April, offering 225 rooms at bargain rates starting from $161 per night. The four-star property occupies floors in a 41-storey tower next to historic St Patrick's Cathedral and features French-Mediterranean restaurant Bistro Saine, which earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand award.
