‘Carry his loss’: Family mourn son, drunk driver jailed
Keith Andrew Chambers was sentenced to 14 years in jail on Thursday for the manslaughter of nine-year-old Aiden Guimaraes in a drunk driving incident on the Gold Coast in October 2024. Chambers, who was significantly over the legal alcohol limit, caused critical injuries to Guimaraes' father, David, as well. Aiden's family urged for stricter vehicular manslaughter.
