Australia sends firefighters to France as Europe enters new era of megafires
Australia is deploying firefighting crews to France as unprecedented wildfires scorch over 1,600 square kilometers in southwestern France. The NSW Rural Fire Service will send a helicopter equipped with an 11,300-liter water tank, plus 24 aerial and ground.
