Astro-scientists utilize Esperance salt lakes in NASA’s Mars life search

Astro-scientists are using salt lakes near Esperance to search for life on Mars in a NASA-funded project. Program co-ordinator David Guilfoyle noted that a rover is currently taking core samples on Mars, with hopes of finding evidence of preserved early life. The project combines Western and cultural scientific approaches over four years of research.
