First Russian shadow fleet vessel enters Channel since Smyrtos boarding
A Russian shadow fleet tanker, Forwarder, entered the English Channel on Wednesday for the first time since UK forces boarded the Smyrtos on Sunday. The ship, sanctioned by the UK, the US, and the EU, is en route to Dongying port in China. Forwarder is one of over 700 vessels carrying 75% of Russia's sanctioned oil exports.
